Radon is invisible, odourless, and already in 1 in 6 Ontario homes. 1

Radon is a radioactive gas that seeps up from the soil beneath your house. It collects in basements and living areas. You can't see it, smell it, or taste it.

The only way to know if it's in your home is to test for it.

Health Canada's guideline is 200 Bq/m³. 2 In the GTA, average home radon levels are around 43 Bq/m³. But 1 in 6 Ontario homes tests above the guideline, and some test 10x higher.

Straight answers.

If your test comes back low, we'll tell you that. We don't sell mitigation to homes that don't need it.

Local team, certified.

Three of us, all C-NRPP certified, all based in the GTA. We don't subcontract and we don't rush jobs.

From worry to resolved in three steps.

Step 1

Test (3 to 7 days)

We drop off a professional radon monitor. It runs in the lowest lived-in level of your home. We pick it up and email your report within 48 hours.

Step 2

Read your result

Below 200 Bq/m³? You're good. We'll tell you when to re-test. Above 200 Bq/m³? We'll walk you through mitigation options and a firm quote.

Step 3

Fix it (1 to 2 weeks)

If you choose mitigation, we install a sub-slab depressurization system. 5 Typical install is one day. We retest 30 days later to confirm the fix.

Questions homeowners ask before they book.

How much does radon testing cost in Ontario?

Our professional radon test is $249. This includes equipment drop-off, a minimum 3-day test period, lab analysis, and a written report.

How long does a radon test take?

Our short-term professional test runs 3 to 7 days. Long-term tests (91+ days) are more accurate but take longer. Health Canada recommends long-term tests for the most reliable reading.

Is radon mitigation worth the cost?

If your radon level is above 200 Bq/m³, yes. Mitigation systems reduce indoor radon by 80 to 99 percent and typically last 20+ years. It's one of the highest-value home health investments you can make.

Can I test for radon myself?

You can buy a DIY kit for $30-$60, but professional tests use calibrated monitors and give faster, more accurate results. DIY kits are better than no test. Professional tests are better than DIY.

What if my test comes back low?

We'll tell you. We don't sell mitigation to homes that don't need it. You'll get a report confirming your levels are safe, with a recommendation on when to re-test.

Test your home. Breathe easier.

Three days from now, you could know exactly what's in the air your family breathes. Most homes are fine. Some aren't. The only way to know is to test.
