Acceptance

By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Our Services

We provide radon testing and mitigation services in the Greater Toronto Area. Specific deliverables are outlined in each signed service agreement.

Pricing

Prices on our website are current at the time of posting and subject to change without notice. Once you receive a written quote, that price is honored for 30 days.

Payment

Testing services are paid in full upon delivery of results. Mitigation services require a 50% deposit at booking, balance due upon satisfactory post-installation testing.

Warranties

• Testing accuracy: we guarantee our test results meet C-NRPP and Health Canada protocols
• Mitigation installation: 5-year warranty on our workmanship
• Mitigation fan: manufacturer warranty (typically 5 years)
• If mitigation doesn't achieve levels below 200 Bq/m³, we adjust the system at no additional cost

Limitations

• We cannot guarantee radon levels will remain below 200 Bq/m³ permanently without ongoing re-testing and system maintenance
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages (e.g., lost property value)
• Our total liability on any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Disputes will be resolved in Ontario courts.
